Our company has been formed and is named after our great grandfather (and in some cases our great/great grandfather) who was a creative entrepreneur in West Virginia, Virginia, and
Florida. His desire to provide for generations of his family, deal with health issues, and succeed is a model and inspiration for our family.

Investment thesis for our own account. We are focused on forming
and/or investing in businesses that align with various macro trends that coincide with our beliefs and support our thesis. We possess tenured experienced in acquiring/raising capital and managing investments for things that we deem worthy of pursuing.
